1st yg penting - supplier server aku kt sane.. so sesape nk buat server yg lowcost but high spec can deal with me.. i can help u to build from a moderate to performance server depen on your budget..
2nd yg penting- port tuk cari barang2 sparepart laptop.. yg ni i go with dealer sign.. hehe so dpt la brg murah sket..
3rd yg jimbit - jalan2 window sopping borak2 network..
haa part ni aku suke ni borak2 n create the network throughout lowyat jimbit ni.. hehe
ok masuk sekali entry kali ni cite pasal 2 days before
i go to 3 service center
1. IBM - located at ground floor VADS, TTDI
most people out there dunno this service center.. n i was shocked coz the service center is just
like a small partition at ground floor include with 2 customer service.. n theres no numbering
call system .. so just duduk n die panggil la.. ok semua barang IBM or LENOVO submit kat sini
yek.. and ape yg shocked lagi, service charge die sgt la mahal jimbit... RM265 for service charge only... now september got promo.. RM132.. but most the shockingg hell la.. when u submit your broken IBM's gadget.. u must pay full RM132 upfront !! wtf ... not customer friendly langsung.. - BAN IBM !!~ bad after sales services !! bad bad bad

comparison between other service center.. give 4 1st.. hehe

1. HP - Hp Tower , lots of counter, free parking, easy to go not jem, free drink and candy, no upfront payment !! cheap service charge.. very the good customer service representative !!

2. Canon - Near Subang Airport, lots of counter, free parking, far away to go but pleasent service center environment, no upfront, free drink..

3. Sony - North Midvalley, hard to find parking (had to park in mid), pleasent service center environment, good customer service, less upfront payment, good customer service representative !!~

2. Acer - Highpoint Network (time square-9th Floor !!), hard to go, crowded road very the jem, only 3 counter ??, take lots time to get to 9th floor !!, u'll be exhausted..

3. IBM - at VADS building ground floor, far away to go at TTDI, unmanage counter only 2 ?? expensive service charge !! normal rate rm265 upfront !!! damn expensive, the most hated customer service center by me !! and u have to park tepi tepi jalan !! and theres no signboard for the service center !!

so the choice is yours !! tink before u buy someting !!~ :)
